The Office of the Montana State Auditor | Commissioner of Securities and Insurance requests information regarding the non-admitted insurance that was written in Montana for the year 2026 and going forward. This data is being requested to assist with the reconciling of premium written by non-admitted insurance companies with the premiums reported by Montana surplus lines licensees and independently procured coverage insureds. As of the date of this notice, non-admitted insurers writing business in Montana will use SLIP+ for States to submit policy data on a quarterly (foreign and domestic) or annual (alien) basis.
