As of the date of this notice, non-admitted insurers writing business in Kansas will use SLIP+ for States to submit policy data on a quarterly (foreign) or annual (alien) basis.

Arkansas marks an important milestone for SLIP+, becoming the 10th state outside of Florida to adopt the platform and brings SLIP+ to double-digit participation. Arkansas follows Louisiana, which joined the platform on July 1, 2026.
