Are policy fees subject to the surplus lines tax and SLIP+ transaction fee?

Brokers are not authorized to charge any fees that are not listed on the policy from the carrier. All fees charged to the insured must come from the insurer and be listed on the declarations page. Fees should be included with the premium to be taxed.
