To complete Service of Process, enter the carrier’s registered agent or legal department contact. This contact field should be the entity designated by the insurer to receive legal notices or lawsuits related to the policy.

Example:
If you write a policy with SLIP+ INSURANCE CO, search on the NIPR lookup for the SOP posted under contact. When a legal first and last name is not provided, customers should enter the company name in two segments to satisfy the fields.
