How should I file a Montana Commercial Package policy?

Commercial Package policies in Montana may include both Commercial Property and Commercial Liability. SLIP+ filing varies if your premium is split between those two coverages.

• If your premium is segmented into property and liability: File the package policy as two separate transactions — one for the property portion and one for the liability portion.
• If your premium is not segmented: File the policy under Commercial Package. This will allow the system to process the policy. The fire tax will be assessed on the full premium amount filed.
