What is the filing requirement for Arkansas transactions?

In accordance with A.C.A. § 23-65-306, filings should be made within 60 days of the quarter in which the transaction became effective ending.  

  • Transaction Effective in Q1, Filings due by June 30 
  • Transaction Effective in Q2, filings due by August 31 
  • Transaction Effective in Q3, filings due by November 30 
  • Transaction Effective in Q4, filings due by March 1 of the following year
