If your total premium exceeds the amount shown on the discrepancy notice, some reported premiums may not have effective dates within the reporting period. The email you received from SLIP+ for States compares the insurer’s premiums with effective dates within the reporting period against agent and IPC/Direct Procurement filers’ premiums within the same period.
